GGC calculates a successful corporate relocation for accounting firm, Grant Thornton

The Challenge

We had two weeks to move a 70-person company. After many months of finalizing the budget and construction plan, we were given a tight deadline to move Grant Thornton’s San Jose employees and clean out their offices. As corporate relocation consultants and coordinators, we generally take three months to prepare for a move of this size, so two weeks was definitely a challenge.
